Detailed description
The OnSite Integrations & Automations module enables connecting the platform with any existing enterprise system: ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision), payroll (Nexon, KBOSS), access control systems, accounting software and production management solutions. The goal is simple: eliminate parallel administration and data errors. When you register a new employee in OnSite, their data automatically appears in the payroll and access control systems, and vice versa. The module works via REST API and webhooks, with pre-configured integrations for the most common systems. Custom integration development available through our partner network. The automation engine lets you define event-based triggers: e.g., if a certification expires, disable access rights and notify HR.
