The OnSite Operational Performance Measurement module enables time-based measurement and analysis of workflows. The system works with QR code-based or digital start/stop: the worker scans the QR code at the beginning and end of a workflow, and the system automatically records the duration. Measurements can also link to access events (e.g., when arrived, when started working, when on break). Collected data generates automatic reports: average cycle times, efficiency metrics, productivity trends. Managers immediately see where bottlenecks are and where processes can be optimized. Especially useful for food production lines, assembly plants and logistics operations where cycle times are critical.
