Detailed description
The OnSite Visitor Management module covers the full visitor journey from pre-registration to departure. The system supports online pre-registration where visitors can provide their details and sign required documents (NDA, safety briefing) before arrival. On arrival, visitors check in with a QR code or temporary card, and registration takes just a few taps on a tablet at reception. The system shows in real-time which visitors are where on-site, and sends automatic notifications to the host. On departure, the system logs the exit, and visitor data is automatically deleted after the specified retention period per GDPR requirements.
